I loved the Heroes. It was like Hamburger Hill in a fantasy setting.

Red Country is the last one he wrote in that setting and it feels very much like a "western" set in a fantasy setting. I think you will enjoy it immeasurably.

On other notes I just finished reading The Lies of Locke Lamora and Red Sails Under Red Skies. Fantastic books. Lynch is a very agile writer and I am itching to get to Republic of Thieves.
